A Management Consultancy practice required a more efficient staff recruitment and onboarding solution. (Previously tasks were manual, time consuming, labour intensive and prone to error. They often required numerous follow-up calls prior to completion.)
After a candidate is offered a job, the onboarding steps may include:
Obtaining proof of name, address, bank account details and references
Checks around credit, security and DBS validity
Collecting a contact’s company and insurance details
Receiving a signed copy of the Contract including specific Terms and Conditions
